Flexco introduces Rockline conveyor idlers

The troughing idlers are made of lightweight, durable composite high-density polyethylene materials.

Available in 20, 35 and 45-degree troughing angles, the idlers feature CEMA C 127mm diameter Rockline rollers.

The rollers meet the same Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association standards as steel rollers but have a longer service life.

Flexco claims the Rockline features lightweight construction, requires less energy and emits less noise than its steel counterparts.

“Not only is the material durable enough to resist abrasion and friction on the surface of the roller, the field-proven seal design offers unmatched corrosion resistance and bearing protection on the inside of the roller,” Flexco said.

Rockline idlers ship from stock for belt widths up to 1.22m.
