Millner appointed to the New Hope board

QUEENSLAND coal producer New Hope Corporation has appointed Tom Millner as a non-executive director of the company.

Lou Caruana

Millner’s experience includes management of investment portfolios, research and

analysis of listed equities and business development.

He is the CEO of BKI Investment Company. He joined BKI in 2008 from Souls

Funds Management where he was responsible for the investment portfolio of BKI.

Millner is currently a non-executive director of Washington H Souls Pattinson and PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund Limited.

He has a Bachelor of Industrial Design and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
