Enerpac ups its marketing presence in APAC

GLOBAL provider of high pressure hydraulic tools, controlled force professional bolting products and advanced solutions for precise positioning of heavy loads, Enerpac, has announced a key new Asia-Pacific marketing appointment.

Tony Cooper becomes APAC Enerpac marketing manager, a new position in which he further strengthens Enerpac’s focus on service, innovation and technical expertise.

Cooper will be responsible for the management and execution of marketing strategies for major markets and the supply of Enerpac’s efficiency-focused high safety product lines throughout 18 nations of South-East Asia, Japan, South Korea and Australasia.

Reflecting the importance of the region and the role, Cooper joins both the APAC Management Leadership Team and the Enerpac Global Marketing Leadership Team, Enerpac regional director Asia-Pacific Anders Mangen said.

“Tony Cooper is ideally qualified for this role, being a highly skilled mechanical and applications engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in Enerpac technical, customer service and major project co-ordination and technology specification roles. His involvement in the type of engineering and tasks vital to APAC has spanned some of the region’s major infrastructure, oil and gas, mining and energy generation, construction and manufacturing projects,” Mangen said.
