The 98km haul road to link its Baruun Noyon Uul coking and thermal coal mine to the Chinese border is expected to be complete by December 15, with its construction workforce totalling 350.
Guildford said good working conditions had helped, while the mine was preparing to make coal shipments for more batch testing with potential customers.
Meanwhile, Guildford completed raising $US65 million ($A69.2 million) from OCP Asia through a package of 2015 convertible bonds and 2016 amortising notes with detachable warrants.
