GRAND Cache Coal vice-president of finance and chief financial officer Anita Roncin will vacate her seat with the Canadian company.
Roncin said on Tuesday her resignation was effective immediately.
The producer has commenced a search for her replacement.
Grand Cache has both underground and surface mining operations and produces from its metallurgical coal leases in the west-central region of Alberta, Canada.
