Galilee hopeful declares inferred resource

JUNIOR explorer Liberty Resources says a 338 million tonne inferred resource at its Galilee Basin project will provide a base to fast-track underground coal gasification investigations and site selections.

Galilee hopeful declares inferred resource

Liberty’s Queensland project covers 27,000 square kilometres and is adjacent to Waratah Coal’s Galilee project.

Today’s resource statement represents one of five project areas currently being reviewed.

Liberty says the coal resource remains open in all directions and is expected to increase “significantly” with exploration drilling.

Liberty was trading at 5c this morning.
