Timothy Ross, formerly president of NSA Geotechnical Services, will become manager of the Golden office and a senior associate of Agapito.
Ross specializes in underground, surface and highwall mining. He is a registered professional engineer in seven states and a member of the SME Professional Registration Committee.
Thomas Vandergrift, formerly a senior mining engineer with NSA, is now an associate with Agapito. He has more than 20 years experience in mining and geotechnical engineering related to ground control, with emphasis on underground mine design and highwall mine design. He is a registered professional engineer in Colorado.
David Conover, formerly senior engineer with NSA, is now a senior physicist with Agapito. Conover has more than 28 years experience as a mining engineer. He developed the GeoGuard shield monitoring system for longwall face management and geotechnical analysis.
Ross, Vandergrift and Conover will continue to serve their NSA clients.
