Flexco will also showcase its latest products at QME, including its transfer chutes, Tasman Warajay Technology and CoreTech Nylon Conveyor Rollers.

The Tasman Warajay software was developed by Flexco’s engineers and used to adjust the angle and velocity of moving material on a conveyor belt.

“It literally shapes the flow path and minimises the impact on your receiving belts,” a Flexco spokesman said.

“In contrast, simple boxed containment systems offer almost no control over the flow path, so they plug frequently and require shutdowns for cleaning.

“While some other systems on the market may claim to offer some degree of controlled flow, they still don’t deliver the superior soft loading and dust mitigation our software achieves.”
