The appointment will strategically extend SLR’s services in the infrastructure sector.
Cullinane has covered a number of sectors including transport infrastructure (road, rail and airports), agriculture, urban development, water and energy, and has worked across Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.
More recently he has carried out Environmental Impact Statements for major rail projects in Sydney including a lead role in the delivery of planning approvals for the North West Rail Link project.
Managing director Peter Georgiou welcomed the appointment, noting: “Brian’s planning and approvals experience, particularly in road and rail, will give the SLR teams working in these sectors a significant boost. Brian’s arrival is part of SLR’s strategic growth in the booming infrastructure and development sectors of the economy.”
