Available nationwide, the company’s latest equipment range has been designed to suit a variety of applications across industries including infrastructure, mining and oil and gas.

Not usually available as a hire option, the tools offer a cost-effective solution for precise linear or rotational misalignment of fixed flanges, according to the company.

“These specialised tools are not normally available from the hire industry,” Kennards Hire lift and shift general manager Andrew Lambert said.

“Several of our specialist branches in Queensland and Western Australia had received enquiries regarding flange spreaders and pipe alignment tools, which led to incorporating them into our growing product portfolio.”

Designed with the end-user in mind, the flange alignment tools and spreaders are reportedly easy to set up and use, delivering a flexible and reliable option to clients.

“Our range of alignment tools and flange spreaders are highly versatile in their application,” Lambert said.

“They can be used to assist in the replacement of ring and other types of flange joints during construction, pipeline testing or for emergency or scheduled maintenance.”
