Supplier on the case

NEW South Wales equipment hire company Solution Plant Hire is relying on Case Construction Equipment to help deliver improved service and high quality machines to its customers.

Based in Wetherill Park in NSW, Solution Plant Hire specialises in the dry hire of earthmoving equipment and attachments including excavators, site dumpers and compaction hire.

Operating in the highly competitive plant hire segment, the company services a diverse market stretching from the far north coast of NSW into South Australia and across the Bass Strait to Tasmania.

Solution Plant Hire has chosen Case as its machine supplier to service customers in civil construction and earthmoving, as well as mining, in the Hunter Valley.

According to Solution Plant Hire director Andrew Smith, the company usually holds close to 20 Case machines, by far the biggest number for a single brand in its inventory, due to the popularity of the Case name.

The company regularly hires out its stock of Case machines, particularly the CX55B compact excavator and the larger CX145CSR excavator.

Although Solution Plant Hire has a geographically diverse customer base, all its customers seem to agree on the qualities of the Case brand, according to Smith.

He stated that customers specifically request Case earthmoving equipment as their preferred choice of machinery due to the brand’s reliability, comfort, power and fuel economy.

He said that all these features add up to a reduced incidence of downtime and a much higher productivity rate, adding that Case machines are easy to operate and “tough as nails”
