US BULK material processing and handling systems maker and supplier Superior Industries has bought the assets of FLSmidth’s crusher manufacturing plant in Pekin, Illinois.
Superior, which said the main asset associated with the deal was a 10-year-old, 6500 square metre plant, plans to use the facility as a manufacturing centre for cone crusher.
Along with the plant come 30 production employees.
Earlier this year Superior bought Canadian cone and jaw crusher maker Clemro Western.
