ASGCO has expanded its Safe-Guard line to be compatible with CEMA E and F return rollers as well as with the CEMA B, C and D series idlers up to 7 inches in diameter that it currently works with.
Designed with a focus on safety as well as easy cleaning and maintenance, the transverse support of the expanded Safe-Guard line is angled to prevent bending and sized to fit over CEMA E and F return roller brackets.
The company said installing a safeguard to a conveyor belt return idler can prevent serious injuries from pinch points and catch the return idler if it should fall.
The entire ASGCO Safe-Guard line is fully adjustable to belt and idler widths of up to 96in.
