Greens call for licensing reform after Macdonald conviction

THE conviction of former New South Wales Resources Minister Ian Macdonald for criminal misconduct in issuing a coal exploration licence for the Doyles Creek project to union ally John Maitland proves the licensing system is prone to corruption, according to Greens MP Jeremy Buckingham.
