Another Maules Creek water fight

THE Environmental Defenders Office has sent Whitehaven Coal a “cease and desist” letter over what the EDO says is the alleged illegal construction and use of a pipeline from nearby farming properties Whitehaven owns to its Maules Creek mine in New South Wales.
