Peak's pipe dream

THE Peak Mines project in central western New South Wales near the town of Cobar will soon be self-sufficient when it comes to water, with the NSW Natural Resources Access Regulator approving Aurelia Metals' plan to pump groundwater from the Great Cobar mine 10km away.
