Yancoal profits surge

SUSTAINED high production rates at Yancoal’s tier-one Moolarben, Hunter Valley Operations and Mount Thorley Warkworth joint venture operations have helped the company report an interim net profit of $539 million for the half year ended June 30 2018, up $557 million on the corresponding period in 2017.
