BHP looking to offload coal

BHP has confirmed it is seeking to offload its Mt Arthur thermal coal mine in New South Wales and reduce its exposure to lower quality coking coal extracted from BHP Mitsui Coal Joint Venture mines such as South Walker Creek and Poitrel in Queensland.
