BHP to keep mining Mt Arthur to 2030

NEW South Wales Energy Coal will remain in BHP’s portfolio and the company will seek the necessary approvals to continue mining from its Mt Arthur open pit mine to 2030 despite its stated intention of exiting from thermal coal production.
