BOWEN Coking Coal is expecting to ramp up steady state run-of-mine coal production at its Bluff mine in Queensland to 80,000-100,000 tonnes per month in the September quarter.
The LVPCI coal produced at Bluff is well regarded for its low ash, high energy and high coke replacement ratio.
The company said this represented an annualised production rate of 1-2 million tonnes per annum RoM ultra-low volatile pulverised coal injection coal over four to six years for global steel industry customers....
