The contract has total value of $307,000 and annual recurring revenue of $154,000.
Under the contract scope Rocketmine will carry out monthly aerial surveying of ore stocks, the tailings storage facility and other infrastructure as required, using a dedicated on-site drone specialist.
Delta Drone chief executive officer Christopher Clark said it was pleasing to have converted AngloGold Ashanti from a regular project-based customer to a multi-year term partnership.
"AngloGold Ashanti will immediately benefit from our long-range beyond visual line-of-sight and above 400ft approvals, allowing us to capture and process all their geospatial requirements more quickly and efficiently," he said.
