International B2B publisher Aspermont has a position available for an experienced and commercially aware journalist to take a leadership role on the PNG Report – both print and digital – pngindustrynews.net

The publication focuses on the Papua New Guinea resources sector, with news and information delivered via a bi-monthly print magazine and tri-weekly eNewsletter and supporting website. The nature of the role will see the deputy editor working closely with fellow editors of Mining News and Energy News publications, also published by Aspermont.

We are seeking an energetic individual to be the face of the publication, who is effective at breaking news stories, writing features and investigating the how and why. The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience in journalism, will be able to juggle print and daily online deadlines, produce clean copy, generate compelling story ideas and be ready to step into the editor's chair.
