A creative and autonomous Chief Financial Officer, looking to advance your career with a new challenge. You thrive in market facing roles and have a sound understanding of the junior to mid-cap mining space. You are intrigued by the diamond industry and see the huge potential in Burgundy's strategy.
Your background includes experience building and leading finance teams for ASX listed companies. You know how to establish appropriate business systems and processes to support rapid growth. You are familiar with regulatory governance requirements and are focused on excellence in corporate reporting, compliance and risk management.
As a leader you have an outstanding ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with key stakeholders. You enjoy variety and want to work in a dynamic environment where you feel truly passionate and driven.
As the Chief Financial Officer you will build a high-performing finance function, which supports decision making, business promotion, financial strategy, and cost discipline.
You will establish critical business systems and processes, ensuring the transition of the business from exploration through to production are managed effectively. You will drive the internal finance function, engaging with your team and leading from the front to implement required changes and ensure alignment.
You will contribute to capital raising, establishing relationships with new and existing investors, leveraging on your established network with equity markets. You will lead and coordinate internal and statutory reporting, communicating effectively with Board and Board committees where required.
Your knowledge and exposure of working with mergers and acquisitions will provide you with the ability to successfully lead areas of due diligence on potential growth opportunities.
