Our Client is a truly international leader in their multiple areas of expertise. Reporting to the Senior Vice President - Minerals the purpose of this role is to lead an engaged and highly performing Minerals Projects Team to support growth in the production oriented mining business.
Key aspects of the role will be to negotiate contract terms with clients when shortlisted or awarded contracts and ensure contract approvals are received, review audits, support internal audits for commercial/legal side and attend key client performance meetings and new mine site contract negotiations and coordinate global services agreements with key suppliers.
To be successful in this position we are seeking candidates who possess industry experience at Senior Management level, be self-motivated with strong attention to detail coupled with well-developed organisational and negotiating skills and high level of communication skills. Experience dealing with colleagues across a range of cultural backgrounds and an ability to lead an engaged, high performing team is essential.
