A listed exploration company with greenfields battery minerals projects across WA and southern Africa currently seeks to appoint a driven & passionate exploration executive as CEO/Managing Director.
As CEO/MD, you will be responsible for development & oversight of the company's exploration strategy, driving successful discovery and growing shareholder value. You'll develop strong productive relationships with key stakeholders, from The Board & exploration team to investors, brokers, landowners, indigenous communities and the broader exploration community.
This opportunity is ideally based in Perth, although other locations can be considered. In addition to managing a portfolio of highly prospective greenfields projects in battery minerals, you'll collaborate with a highly respected board and a very strong exploration team, offering a great platform for success. An attractive remuneration package is provided, including lucrative incentives.
As the ideal candidate, you will be an exploration professional with a strong track record in base metals exploration coupled with executive leadership. Previous experience leading listed mining companies is desirable, although not essential, but you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and a passion for mineral exploration and discovery.
