A well-funded ASX listed exploration company with a large greenfields tenement package in Central Australia currently seeks an Exploration Manager. With a vast suite of ELs in a largely underexplored and highly prospective tract of central Australia, this group is ready to get the rigs turning and see what lies underneath swathes of gold outcroppings.
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for developing the group exploration strategy, successful planning & execution of field programs for the company's greenfields projects, leadership of the exploration team, business development, compliance & reporting, and more.
This permanent opportunity is ideally based in Adelaide, although other Aussie capital cities & regional centres will be considered, with travel on a campaign basis as required. An attractive remuneration package is provided incorporating vehicle (private use included) and lucrative incentives are provided. In addition to working on highly prospective ground with a well-funded explorer, you'll enjoy extensive autonomy while working with a highly-regarded Board.
Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified geologist with a strong and successful background in gold exploration, incorporating substantial orogenic Au experience (e.g. 12+ years post-graduate experience).
