A highly networked search consultancy that finds the right one; the right person for the right job to form like-minded partnerships. We start by making sure the job being filled is the right job for the needs of the business. Then we use our expertise and industry knowledge to find the right person.
Green Technology Metals (ASX:GT1) is a North American focused lithium exploration and development business with a clear goal to build a vertically integrated lithium business through a four-pronged strategy of leveraging partnerships, building the resource, driving permitting and accelerating development.
GT1 is rapidly advancing its core high-grade projects with a large-scale strategic footprint in Ontario. The long-term business vision is to develop a regional supply chain with multiple mine and process hubs feeding a central lithium conversion facility, targeting delivery of sustainable, long-term lithium hydroxide supply for the North American battery chain.
Green Technology Metals is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to maximise and leverage the work done so far to assist in realising the full potential of its pit to product lithium business.
A tertiary qualified, ambitious self-starter who thrives in high achieving, dynamic and fast paced environments. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills lend to your natural networking and influencing ability.
You are experienced in running the corporate/business development function of a mining company (ideally lithium focused) and are excited by the opportunity to play a key role in GT1's next stage of growth.
With a background in ASX-listed companies, you understand the requirements of operating and reporting on the ASX. You have a strong understanding of and ability to analyse capital equity markets.
As the Corporate Development Manager, you will play an integral role in growing the Company's market-facing profile.
Following thorough research, you will design, plan, coordinate and implement the investment market engagement plan, as well as representing the business at various marketing engagements. To promote investor awareness, you will create and execute a clear communication strategy for investors.
You will orientate yourself quickly with the business strategy and market, leveraging your networking ability to build trust and mutually beneficial relationships with company stakeholders. Assisting the CEO and Board, you will work to build and maintain a strong shareholder register, assist with Corporate Affairs activities, and deliver the sales & marketing strategy.
In collaboration with the corporate team, you will assess and evaluate business development opportunities against the Company's growth strategy.
This position can be based in Sydney, Perth, or Canada.
