Augustus Minerals Limited is an emerging exploration company, focused on unlocking the value of its package of combined mineral Rare Earths, Lithium, Gold, and Copper assets in the Gascoyne Province in Western Australia. Five years of exploration groundwork has led the company to the point of pre-IPO.
150km from end to end, Ti Tree Shear boasts multiple deposit styles and targets of world class prospectivity across nickel, copper, gold, rare earths (neodymium and praseodymium) and lithium. The project is well positioned, sitting across a significant landholding in an emerging mineral discovery province in Australia.
The tenement package is adjoining to Dreadnought Resources & Red Dirt Resources, as well as being proximal to Hastings Technology Metals, Kingfisher Mining and Lanthanein Resources, with Augustus displaying similar mineralisation to those projects.
Set to list in early 2023 with high potential for significant mineral discoveries, Augustus Minerals is now at the point where they are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to execute the strategy and take the Company to the next level.
YOU ARE
Looking for an opportunity to make a mark in a multi-commodity junior with a significant land package. You are a tertiary qualified, driven, collaborative, market-facing leader who thrives in roles where an experienced board sets the strategy and allows you to deliver.
With over 15 years of experience, you have established a strong understanding of exploration and the battery minerals market, which you can draw upon to create value.
Your relationship building skills and confidence promoting companies have solidified your industry credibility and influence with capital market networks.
THE ROLE
As the CEO, you will deliver on the Company strategy across their portfolio, through exploration and/or acquisition to maximise value for shareholders and stakeholders.
You will align yourself with the Company's strategy, to understand opportunities in the portfolio and execute the strategy to maximise value for shareholders. Working with Augustus' seasoned board, you will explore and execute on corporate development opportunities in the Gascoyne province.
As the face of the company, you will proactively drive market credibility and awareness of the Company and its strategy, building momentum and increasing positive market sentiment.
Leveraging your geological understanding, you will oversee the exploration programs and drive resource growth with the aim of making a major discovery in line with the Company's strategic objectives.
This position will be based in Perth, Australia and remunerated by a competitive base salary plus options.
