LaTrobe decision at odds with Shorten, says Frydenberg

THE Federal Labor Party and its Victorian branch have diametrically opposed policies on coal after the Victorian government decided to extend the mine licences of Latrobe Valley power plants Yallourn and Loy Yang to 2051 and 2065, according to federal energy minister Josh Frydenberg.
