Alcoa's Portland power play pays

ALCOA Corporation has secured agreements with multiple power generators for the Portland Aluminium Smelter in Victoria and has received a federal government commitment to underwriting the smelter’s participation in the Reliability and Emergency Reserve Trader scheme to the tune of $19.2 million.
