JAPANESE energy giants Marubeni Corporation and J-Power will each put $10 million into Glencore’s CTSCo carbon capture and storage project in Queensland.

CTSCo was one of the most advanced onshore CCS projects in Australia.

Both Marubeni and J-Power are also long-term joint venture partners in Glencore's mining operations in Australia.
