Evolution to buy Barrick's Cowal

JAKE Klein's Evolution Mining is set to become Australia's second-largest listed gold producer after announcing a "transformational" $US550 million ($A704.4 million) deal to acquire Barrick Gold's sought-after Cowal mine in New South Wales.
