Paroo Station MoU

RIVA RESOURCES and Rosslyn Hill Mining have signed off on an exclusive and non-binding Memorandum of Understanding for an exploration farm-in and joint venture at the Paroo Station lead mine in Western Australia’s northern Goldfields.

Under the terms of the MoU Riva can earn 75% of cobalt, gold and copper mineral rights on all of the RHM-owned Paroo station and associated tenements if it spends $6 million on exploration over four years....
