BHP cries foul

BHP has lashed out at the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union for an advertising campaign criticising its in-house service subsidiary Operation Services, accusing the union of making false and incorrect claims to launch a campaign against the very thing they were calling for.
