Incitec Pivot selling US ammonia plant

INCITEC Pivot has reached an agreement to sell its ammonia manufacturing facility in Waggaman, Lousiana, US to CF Industries Holdings for US$1.675 (A$2.5) billion.

Incitec Pivot has announced the sale of its Waggaman ammonia plant.
