Labour shortages prompt lower Whitehaven production forecast

WHITEHAVEN Coal has lowered its production guidance for FY2023 by 5% to 18-19.2 million tonnes after labour constraints at its Maules Creek open cut coal mine in New South Wales curtailed expected production increases in the March quarter.
