Legal challenge against Springvale approval

ENVIRONMENTAL group 4nature has launched an appeal with the New South Wales Court of Appeal challenging the Land and Environment Court’s judgement that upheld the approval of the Centennial Coal’s Springvale underground coal mine near Lithgow.
