Washington commissioner denies Millennium sublease request

THE Washington state commissioner of Public Lands in the US Peter Goldmark has rejected a proposal from Millennium Bulk Terminals to sublease state-owned aquatic lands on the Columbia River west of Longview and also given land previously considered for a large coal terminal.
