Mangoola excavator in cab dislodgement

AN OPERATOR at Glencore’s Mangoola mine in New South Wales has not been able to return to work since a dangerous incident at the open cut mine in which the cab of a 250 tonne Leibherr R9250 excavator dislodged and fell off the side of the machine while he was inside.
