CENTENNIAL Coal’s Springvale mine in New South Wales is in limbo after the Court of Appeal overturned a Land and Environment Court decision over whether the mine could potentially pollute Sydney drinking water despite an exhaustive state and federal assessment process to secure its consent in late 2015.
