Let Malabar develop underground mine study: NSWMC

MALABAR Coal should be allowed to conduct a process of independent assessment to determine if an underground mine is feasible at its EL 5460 exploration licence in the New South Wales Hunter Valley without interference, NSW Minerals Council CEO Stephen Galilee says.
