Expert witness called for Mt Arthur rehab case

NEW South Wales Land and Environment Court Chief Justice Brian Preston has granted a Muswellbrook Shire Council application to have an expert witness give evidence about the standard of rehabilitation at BHP Billiton’s Mount Arthur coal mine and whether it meets the Planning Assessment Commission’s conditions.
