Regulator accepts Boral undertaking

THE New South Wales Resources Regulator has accepted an enforceable undertaking from Boral as well as donations and compliance commitments totaling $130,000 from the company following an investigation into allegations it unlawfully cleared vegetation at its Loch Catherine colliery.
