Enforceable undertaking over Ulan accident

GLENCORE’s Ulan coal mine in New South Wales has offered an enforceable undertaking to the New South Wales Resources Regulator over an incident in 2015 in which a worker was seriously injured when he was struck by a pressure manifold that ejected during pipe pressure testing.
