Tahmoor Coal enforceable undertaking to cost $53,000

THE New South Wales Resources Regulator has accepted an enforceable undertaking from Tahmoor Coal, which is now owned by Sanjeev Gupta's GFC Alliance, following an investigation into the alleged failure of the company to comply with a notice to undertake specified drainage works at the mine’s reject emplacement area.
