Class action launched against BHP over Mt Arthur casuals

A CLASS action involving up to 800 mine workers at BHP Billiton’s Mt Arthur coal mine in the New South Wales’ Hunter Valley who claim they were paid as casuals through a labour hire firm despite being asked to work to pre-planned rosters, has been launched by Adero Law.
