Gladstone Energy and Ammonia project gets EIS terms of reference

THE $1 billion Gladstone Energy and Ammonia project, which aims to convert 1.5 million tonnes of coal into up to 230,000t of ammonia and 12 petajoules of synthetic natural gas per annum, has moved closer to approval with the release of the terms of reference for the project’s environmental impact statement.
