Activists attack Adani's bankruptcy push

IF AN activist attacks a mining company that fails to pay court-ordered costs they are a hero. If a mining company takes action over an activist who continues legal attacks despite owing several hundreds of thousands in court costs, it is abusing the process. Such is the state of coal mining today.
