Black throated finch plan gets Qld govt blessing

THE proposed Carmichael coal project in Queensland’s Galilee basin is just one step away from final approval with the state Department of Environment and Science finding Adani Mining’s Black-Throated Finch Management Plan complied with all regulatory conditions.
