Fatigue likely cause of Bulga truck collision

THE driver of a dump truck that collided with another dump truck at Glencore’s Bulga mine in New South Wales was suspected to be in a micro-sleep at the time of the incident and also had several fatigue-related events during both day and night shifts following the incident.
